Added the following

added skeleton mob (wand)*

Combat addons

the 1st step for ranged attacks have been added with this mob!

Fixes 

more work has been done to the colour systems back end

*Please note 

ranged attacks for the skeleton only have south west and eat dirtections for its attacks done 

also the wand hasnt been textured and effects are coloured 

also waiting for an engine update for range attacks to look and fire in the correct posistions

and a cam to follow the projectiles!
