The Kingdom of Alon : The new age Demo

Alon is a voxel RPG with a Gameboy art style in a 3D world with 2D characters in this retro styled gaming of ages gone by with a modern twist Will you be the "hero" and save the world and its colour? or will you be the evil you claim to be fighting against?
will you save the people of the world? or doom them for your own selfish ends? ONLY your time and choices will know?

Now has a Linux version! 

IMPORTANT for Linux users please do the following as there been a bug that prevents starting a new game  (please do the following as a hotfix)

1. on the main menu screen (logo and new game continue screen bring up the in game console with ¬ or ' and type in the following save_game();
2. press the continue button on the main menu after it loads it  
3. press new game 

should fix this bug for the time being while i look for a more permeant fix

*note for mac users if u get application "game" can't be opened

do the following 

1. open macs terminal 
2.type in the following chmod +x "Users/(what you named ur computer put here**)/Desktop/Game.app/Content
3. the game should now load and play

**NOTE whatever your username of ur computer is

 The Midvalley Update!

ADDED

added the (Destroyed) map state for Midvalley
added and improved the (At risk) map state for Midvalley
added the (Stable) map state for Midvalley
added the (Protected) map state for Midvalley
added the interior for the (Protected) map state
added the interior for the (At risk) map state
added the quest logs for side quest 4 for the journal
added 5 new items and added them to the pool of stolen items!
added sky box to the opening and opening battle maps!
added diffrent shop states depending on what map state your in

FIXES

fixed an issue with the small cupboards in buildings not working with the new stealing system (hotfix)
fixed an issue with the loot "pool" in all small cupboards (hotfix)
fixed an issue with the stealing system not disabling and enabling item containers in Midvalley and all its map states!
fixed an issue with the current lore books UI not closing and opening correctly
fixed issues with the nav-mesh on all current battle maps!

*note

side quests are available after the opening!

Changes

changed some NPC dialogs to brake up parts of the dialog for easier reading!
changed the prices for items when in the (At risk) map state from 0% to 25% increase in price
changed the prices for items in the (Stable) map state from 0% to -25% decrease in price
changed the prices for items in the (Protected) map state from 0% to -50% decrease in price
changed the amount of morality points lost for stealing a small health potions (2 to 5)
changed the amount of morality points lost for stealing a mid health potions (3 to 7)
changed the cooldown timers for the small and big cupboards in Midvalley
changed the prices in Midvalley shops for the (at risk) and (stable) and (protected) map states
changed and expanded the stealing system to factor in item count and what map or map state ur in to lower morality points of said area! (thanks slayer!)
disabled lighting on Midvalleys damaged lamps (until engine updates) to improve performance
more work has been done to expand the shop system functionality to work with both the colour system (not in the demo) and the morality system

Known issues

• * the following UI are a work in progress things may stay on screen or not update (please be sure to pick a head as it updates the characters head in the ui)
• ** everything works but the fire effects stay in the area they hit at also they are coloured not Gameboy coloured yet)
• ****once u get the reward UI and SOME textures in the world may not be finished or completed! (gameplay and everything works fine!)
